Aitriq's Google Integration

Aitriq is a platform where businesses build AI agents that answer customers, sell, collect data, and schedule meetings. So the agent can work with your materials and schedule, Aitriq can connect your Google account. Connecting is optional and happens only upon your explicit action.

What the integration does

Once you connect your Google account, you can:

• add the Google Drive files and Google Sheets you select to the AI agent's knowledge base — so the agent answers customers based on your data (catalogs, price lists, FAQs);
• schedule meetings with customers in Google Calendar — the agent checks availability and creates events during the conversation.

What Google data we access, and why

Access is granted only upon your explicit action and only within the permissions you grant (OAuth scopes):

• Google Drive (drive.file) — access is limited to the files you explicitly select through the Google file picker. Aitriq does not see or request any other files in your Drive.
• Google Sheets — reading the contents of the spreadsheets you selected through the Google file picker, within the same drive.file permission; Aitriq does not request access to all of your spreadsheets.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events, calendar.events.freebusy, calendar.calendarlist.readonly) — creating and managing meeting events, checking availability, and choosing the calendar to book into.

How we use this data

Google data is used solely for the features above: indexing the content you select into the agent's knowledge base and scheduling meetings. Google data is not used for any other purpose.

Compliance with Google's policy (Limited Use)

Aitriq's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:

• do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent;
• do not use Google user data for serving advertisements;
• do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized;
• do not use Google user data to develop, train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and do not transfer it to third parties for those purposes.

Storage and revocation

Access tokens to Google APIs are stored encrypted and used server-side only. You can disconnect the Google account at any time in Aitriq settings or revoke access at Google Account → Permissions. Upon disconnection, Aitriq stops calling Google APIs on your behalf.
